The Fond Farewells Process

1. Initial Consultation

When you fill out our contact form or give us a call, we’ll book a consultation. The location is up to you – at your home, in our Windsor office, or online. During this conversation, we’ll ask you to tell us about your loved one, the support you’re looking for, and your initial vision for the celebration of life.

2. Design and Recommendations

Next, we’ll make recommendations for creating a meaningful celebration of life. Our bespoke approach is based on five elements: theme, location, food, music, and mementos. Our specialty is translating the character of the person being remembered into a one-of-a-kind experience by customizing each element and adapting these creative ideas to what resonates with you. Once you’ve approved the scope of services, we’ll start creating.

3. Event Planning

Leading up to your event, we’ll confirm venue details, select exceptional vendors from decor to cuisine, and craft each element to reflect the person being celebrated. Our experienced team will passionately curate your vision and suggest creative ways to add even more character to the event through personalized touches. We invite you to participate as much as you’re comfortable – our role is to ensure you’re confident that planning a celebration of life is going to be deeply meaningful to you and your guests.

4. Day of Coordination

During the celebration of life, your event planner will take care of each detail with care so you can focus on being present with your guests. Experiencing the event you envisioned and seeing your loved one’s personality so genuinely reflected in every detail is deeply moving. Each element, from the gallery venue to the signature mementoes, will effortlessly bring stories to guests’ minds – many of which you haven’t heard before.

5. Meaningful Reflection
